Of Gladiators, Body Bags, Mr. T, and other sundry items…
April 16th, 2007
One side note before I throw some thoughts out there: in all the hoopla about personality profiles and such, it seems that no one had a comment about the Malibu clip or “Put ‘em in a body bag!” How is this even possible? That Malibu clip should be framed and laws should be passed requiring its continuous play in all of your households, in my opinion. The “Put ‘em in a body bag” line should be spoken reverently in quiet whispers throughout the hallowed halls of fellowship. I even snuck a Mr. T reference into my last post. These are just a few necessary observations before we continue on together. These emphatic statements of urgent repose will hopefully color your approach to the personality hullabaloo. Blessings to all.

Hear, hear. That post was awesome. I’m not sure why I didn’t comment on it. I think it may have been like trying to add something to perfection. What can you say in the afterglow of Malibu? And Karate Kid - what response can you possibly have to the single most-rewound 5-second peice of 80’s video (at least in our household) than sheer reverance? I suppose laughing and leaving pithy comments would suffice as well.
I am pleased that your first venture into the land-o-links produced such prime material. I clamor for more!

I’m also wondering how long it will take to get comments on this post being categorized under “Sermon on the Mount”.

Just so you know, I am an iNFj Counselor Idealist. Or at least that’s what the test said.
Oh, you wouldn’t happen to have the A-Team 1st season would ya?

I caught the Mr. T reference, I grew up on the A-Team. and used to pile on the necklaces and chains just to be like T. If you can picture my 8 year old self walking around Sunday School bumping into kids while yelling “I Pity the fo”. It was a glorious age…

Bummer I totally now logged on to catch up, or I would have been the first to post on Malibu.
“I am, like, totally better now, on the beach with a brewski in one hand and a babe on the other, mother nature’s vibe’s have totally cured me. Totally, like, totally.”
Totally.

I just had to leave one more comment. Malibu’s hair on David Hasselhoff in his Baywatch days would make for the most hilarious picture ever. Please tell me one of the readers has photoshop and could share the love?
