Shaolin monks seek revenge on foolish internet poster…
September 1st, 2007
If you’re not involved in the discussion involving amillennial ideas and their implications, you probably missed this link, from the one and only Matthew Burnett, who sent me a fantastic link to this MSNBC article as well as the following poll:
| Do you think a ninja could defeat a whole passel of Shaolin Temple kung fu-fighting monks? * 13968 responses | ||
I am sure that your vote would be option three, as mine was. I, for one, was more stunned that 14,000 people still read MSNBC.

Eh, those 14,000 are probably the 14,000 who still have hotmail accounts. We see the news when logging out.
I did find it hilarious how upset China is over this. Apparently they want this unknown person to appologize to the whole nation.

Of course 14,000 people still read MSNBC. What else would the old people who don’t know that you can change the home page on Internet Explorer read?

I read MSNBC sometimes because it pops up in my Microsoft Live email. I missed this though until I saw it in the comments of the aforementioned post.
Of course, #3 was the only option worthy of clicking. It’s about time news websites began polling on truly important matters. Kudos to them.

Oh wow, I can’t even comment because I’m laughing too hard at Matthew’s comment…

Keep these coming David! I’m facilitating an Omega here in Providence, Rhode Island and these posts are providing some very useful material.

The posts on Shaolin monks are providing useful material? That is an Omega course I need to get in on…

It’s the sequel to the Omega course that we’re working on - it’s called “Omega: Final Impact” and it stars Chuck Norris. It has more Shaolin Monks than any man could handle descending on Jerusalem for “final battle”. Chuck tears, Jesus heals, then Chuck wounds, and Jesus binds. It really rocks - watch for it at this year’s Onething.

You thought you were making a joke…
I work for the bookstore, and I know the guy who makes display signs for us.
Just you wait.

I don’t like to brag, but I am that ninja…though it is not widely known, my name literally translated means “silent death” or “beloved”. My parents had no idea what they were doing when they named me.
