Quick predictions…
February 3rd, 2007
1. Colts 33, Bears 20. postscript: Final score: Colts 29, Bears 17. I’m off to play the lotto.
2. And, in the follow-up: Colts 0, Bauers 47 (body count, next few hours of his day).
Side note: Global Bridegroom Fast this week at IHOP-KC. Mike is back from vacation, semi-rested and fresh from multiple random meetings with important people; this means stories and ideas will be free-flowing. Bill Johnson, of Bethel Church in Redding, CA is coming to the Signs and Wonders Conference at the end of the week. Stephen Baldwin will be stopping by to have lunch and connect with the prayer room and ministry here. Prediction: it will be an interesting week here.

David,
I have a question for you, unrelated to your post. Can you recommend a good romantic-type restaurant in Kansas City or Overland Park? We’re planning on having a post-Valentine’s day dinner on our vacation, as we’re both busy here on that day. If you can think of one, offhand, please let me know. We both like all types of cuisine and aren’t worried about expense. I hope that helps! Thanks for any help you can give us.

Glad the thing with Baldwin is working out. I read some rumor about this a couple weeks ago…

Cathy - shoot me an email and I’ll throw some ideas your way.
Nathan - the rumor is true. He connected with Corey by cell phone and set things up.

I can not wait for this week to start! Only six hours and forty five min. until Monday begins for me! I am off to go to bed with these parting comments:
1) Superbowl was horrible this year
2) Sliker’s was a blast
3) Brett Favre would kill Peyton Manning in any competition as he is the best quarterback EVER!

Steeno. My tribe does not follow sports. Was Favre’s team in the big game? Just curioius.

I agree with Brent’s point #1 It was more like the Stupor bowl.
(You know I’ve been waiting to use that one for like 3 years.)
More turnovers than . . . well. . . some sort of pastery, I suppose.
Aaron
P.s. MAN! am I late getting on the Sliker’s Blog train or what?

Better late than never, in terms of getting on board with my Wordcasts.
