Another “Danielism”…

Tonight at dinner, Daniel informed us that -
“A long time ago, when I was two years old, I was in my mommy’s belly…and I heard her voice…IN HER GUTS!”
I thought you would want to know.
Side note: Daniel was sporting his camo pants with a blue Spider-Man t-shirt and work boots. Someone commented to my wife that he looked cute. To which my wife, who calls that his “forbidden outfit”, dryly replied -
“Sure. Now all he needs is a red kool-aid mustache and a BMX bike.”

That is priceless. I love the way kiddos think.
And I’m trying to decide if I have license to share what my little brother thought about his own origins when he was 5 and 6 years old… hah. He’d kill me. But Daniel’s statement made me think of him.
And I think that’s as much as I dare say. (He gets here in less than a week to do FITN, by the way)

I can only imagine the witticisms he’ll be spitt’n when he’s older… Also I have to say Daniel has the best facial expressions of any little kid I’ve ever seen… Tonight at the begining of EGS his sister stood in front of him. He pushed her aside and gave her a face that was priceless. I couldn’t help but laughing out loud during worship…

If my mom still dressed me(it stopped a year ago) then I too would rock this outfit- except, maybe the whole spiderman costume.

Hey Dave…FYI When I veiw your blog with Firefox the colums are messed up and off center… but if I veiw in Explorer it looks great… might be my computer, or might be something to look into… cause it’s looks weird in Firefox… just thought you’d like to know… Zack

yeah daniel ! he and silas must have been talking in class because silas said the other day that when he was in “moms belly” that he would reach out and “grab the food” that she swallowed….and eat it.

For a guy, nothing. For a kid, the question becomes - “wrong? No - it’s everything that’s RIGHT!!!” Along with the same numbered football jersey tee-shirt for weeks on end, sweet striped tube socks, and bobos (they make your feet feel fine….for a dollar ninety-nine).
For a mom….
